By purchasing any digital template from Square Theory 42, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to protect our work, our process, and your investment.

REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

No Refunds
All template sales are final. Because this is a digital product, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after your purchase is complete—no exceptions. Once payment is made, it’s yours.

No Exchanges
Template swaps aren’t available. Make sure you’ve chosen the right design before purchasing. If you’re unsure, reach out—we’ll help guide you to the right fit before you buy.

Squarespace TEMPLATE LICENSING

Single-Use License
Each template purchase grants you a license for one website only. One template = one project. Want to use it again? You’ll need to purchase an additional license for each new build.

This protects the integrity of our designs and the exclusivity you're investing in.

Canva TEMPLATE LICENSING

When you buy this template, you get the right to use it on multiple projects—no limits. Because we use Canva Pro elements, you’ll need a Canva Pro account to keep the design exactly as shown. You can use a free account, but some features and assets won’t be available. Always follow Canva’s licensing rules when working with Pro elements. Use it again and again—with full confidence.

COPYRIGHT

All template designs, layouts, graphics, and written content are the intellectual property of Square Theory 42 and are protected under copyright law.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share any part of the template.

• Claim the template design as your own.

• Use any included demo images for commercial purposes.

Any photography or imagery within the demo site is for mockup purposes only and remains the property of its original creator. It is your responsibility to replace these with properly licensed or original images before publishing your site.

TEMPLATE DELIVERY

Templates are typically delivered to the email address linked to your Squarespace account within 24–48 hours of purchase. If it’s been more than 48 hours and you haven’t received your template, contact us directly (support@squaretheory.com)

Note: Delivery times may occasionally be delayed due to tech glitches or high order volume—we’re human, not bots.

TEMPLATE OWNERSHIP

Once your template is transferred to your Squarespace account, it's your responsibility to:

• Add and edit your own content.

• Duplicate your site before making major changes (we recommend this!).

• Keep your trial active or upgrade to a paid Squarespace plan.

We cannot restore a site that’s been accidentally changed, deleted, or expired.

Your purchase includes one template transfer. If you:

• Accidentally delete your template,

• Don’t accept the transfer within 6 months,

• Or let your free trial expire and Squarespace deletes your site.

You'll need to repurchase the template. No exceptions.
